For this photoshop we had to think of a pun and then convey that into a picture. Then we had to think of a word and write it down and write down the definition. we also had to add subjects onto the photo to show what the word means. here are photos I made. PunsDictionaryI had a lot of fun with this assignment and enjoyed thinking of puns to do and words for dictionary. I would not say that it was hard everything was pretty straight forward, and fun to do.

For my final photo Monday I decided to do motion, so I took pictures of my tap dispensing water, and a cup filled with water and dropped water into it. Here are my photos. OriginalEditedFor my edited Photo I fixed the tone, color, and contrast, by clicking the auto tone, auto contrast, and auto color buttons in photoshop. Exposure Triangle ISO: 6400 Aperture: f/13.0 Shutter Speed: 1/30 Other Photos (not edited)At first I was gonna throw leaves up in the air and see if I could get a picture of them while they were up in the air, however it did not turn out as well as I thought it would. So instead I took pictures of my tap sink dispensing water in drops and also took a glass of water and dropped water in the cup to get a motion affect.
For this photo assignment we had to take photos of a person in studio lighting and with out studio lighting we also used bounce card, to reflect light off the subjects face. Then we had to use photoshop to make a white bar around the photo. Here is my photo. I had a lot of fun with this assignment and enjoyed taking the photos in studio lighting and none studio lighting. This is probably one of my favorite photoshop assignment we have ever done in this class.
For my sixth photo assignment I took photos of a bagel for food. Here are my photos. including my original best and edited OriginalEditedImage TriangleShutter Speed: 1/80 Aperture: 6.3 ISO: 3200 Other PhotosI had a hard time at first with these photos, however with a bit of photoshop it turned out not too bad. I adjusted the shutter speed a bit too so the light would not look so weird. I feel like I am understanding shutter speed and photoshop better everyday.
For this assignment, we had to take two pictures and make one a polaroid and add a bit of color to one. then we had to look up photoshop tutorials, then apply the steps to a picture we have or the non photoshopped one on the sit. Here are the photos I created. Dash of Color Original PhotoshoppedPolaroidWater ReflectionThis assignment was very challenging for me, because photoshop is not my strong suit and I could not get more than one photoshop other then the dash of color and polaroid. I also accidentally missed a step in the reflection because the wave is only supposed to be on the bottom. However I did try to get more than one however it was very challenging for me to do so, and in the end I only ended up with one. I will try to improve upon this experience for next time.
For my fifth photo Monday I chose to take pictures of a plant in different aperture and shutter speed, here some of the ones I took. Image TriangleISO: 3200 Shutter Speed: 1/50 Aperture: f/5.6 Other PhotosI had a hard time trying to get the lighting to look right so I had to mess around a lot with the shutter speed and aperture to get it to look right. Other then that these photos were rather easy to take.
For this photoshop assignment we had to take photos of a person in different places and different poses, then we had to photoshop them to be in one photo. Here are the ones I made. This assignment was rather easy however a lot of times when I would put the photos together they would look weird, so I would have to fix them with the paint tool. I learned a lot about the painting tool in this assignment and will continue to use it in future projects
In this Assignment we had to either take a picture of the school or use an old one from our assignments. then we had to take subjects from other photos and photoshop it onto the photo in a way that it looks real. Original PhotoPhotoshopped PhotoThis photoshop has proven to be the most difficult for me, because I had a hard time using the quick selection tool to try and remove a subject from another photo. I have however gained experience by doing this assignment and will use this knowledge in the next photo assignment.
For my fourth Photo Monday I took photos of a pumpkin for still life. Here are my best photos I took in my opinion. Original Photo Edited PhotoImage TriangleISO: 400 Shutter Speed: 1/320 Aperture: f/4.0 Other PhotosAt first as I was taking the photos I had to fast of a shutter speed, so I had to lower the number for shutter speed to make it lighter. I am changing the shutter speed in my photos more so I can get a good photo. I feel like I have a very good grasp on shutter speed, though I can still improve upon it.
In this assignment we had to take pictures of different places and use photoshop to blend some of the photos the photos together. Here are some of the photos I took. In this assignment, I did have fun putting the photos together and seeing what would happen to them. However I did have a hard time putting them together and not making them look so weird. I will work on this in the next assignment and hopefully I will be better.
